ART GALLERY PARADISO – ISLAND OF RAB * Art Gallery Paradiso ( part of the restaurant and wine cellar Paradiso ), located next to the City Lodge in the impressive Renaissance palace, constructed in the 12th century, at the most attractive spot of old town, being as well a cultural monument . Gallery Paradiso makes part of the ” House of food, wine and art “, where its activities complement the touristic offer, stressing the importance of artistic activity in the promotion of tourism in one’s own country.

The Gallery was established in the year 2000, since when it has been striving in the direction of two principal activities – organization of art exhibitions and international art colonies named Paradiso Art Colony. Art Colonies are held on the island of Rab during the summer months in three convocations, where artists from home and abroad are gathered. Art works created by the art colonies are being exhibited in the gallery. Its own collections of art works, the gallery Paradiso, continually presents in exhibitions throughout Europe. In previous artistic work, the gallery has hosted more than 300 artists from 27 countries around the world .
